  • Communicate and provide feedback to artists and form strong creative relationships between external and internal art teams.  

  • Document verbal and visual feedback to ensure efficient pipeline processes.

  • Ensure the creation of finalized art assets by providing detailed and informative feedback to ensure delivered assets within milestones. 

  • Collaborate with lead designer, artists and production to plan art asset creation and deliverable dates for character cosmetics, weapon skins and emotes. 

  • Create concept art, 3D models, textures, and other key creative assets that drive the studio, art team and individual artist forward.

  • Partner with studio manager to own and define assigned aspects of the project as needed.
